Job Summary
Lead technical workshops with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements for ServiceNow solutions. Develop architectural standards, roadmaps, and documentation while providing mentorship to developers and administrators. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security through collaboration with cross-functional teams on system integrations. Stay current with ServiceNow releases to recommend appropriate feature adoption. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of ServiceNow experience including 2+ in an architect capacity, and relevant certifications. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- 2+ years in an architect role
- Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow modules and custom applications
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and APIs
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes
- Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript)
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with the Field Service Management (FSM) module
