Job Summary
Define and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture and design; set standards for design, development, quality, and testing; design integrations and interoperability with external systems using REST APIs and Web Services; translate business needs into architecture models and roadmaps; evaluate and select appropriate technologies; optimise platform performance, security, and quality; gather and assess business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and present to stakeholders; supervise ServiceNow implementations, support development teams and ensure consistent service-management capabilities; maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles; analyse system metrics and drive improvements; strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and design; CSA certification required.
