Job Summary
Join King & Spalding as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer, responsible for managing and enhancing ITOM solutions and CMDB integrations. Key tasks include performing system administration, developing ServiceNow workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure optimal functionalities. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have a minimum of 5 years experience with ServiceNow. Strong expertise in workflows, approvals, and user role management within ServiceNow is essential, alongside a ServiceNow System Administrator certification. Additional qualifications include problem-solving skills and experience with ServiceNow Patch Upgrades and Instance Cloning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including System Administrator and Development/Implementation
- Experience in ServiceNow Administrator, aligned with ITOM and CMDB integrations
- Strong expertise in developing and managing workflows, approvals, and notifications within Service Now
- Experience with ServiceNow Patch Upgrades and Instance Cloning
- Proficient in configuring and managing groups, roles, and licensing in ServiceNow
- Certified and current on ServiceNow’s System Administrator (CSA)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and process owners across departments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus
- Stronger Administrator experience is preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Additional ServiceNow certification(s)
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux platforms
- Familiarity with server virtualization technologies and containerization
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and database management
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaborate closely as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
