Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on building systems such as ventilation units, air handling cabinets, and heat pumps across various utility buildings in the Rosmalen region. Diagnose issues through careful measurement and customer interaction, then resolve faults directly or arrange follow-up appointments for required parts. Document all completed work and inform clients about maintenance history or potential improvements to prevent future problems. Operate independently with a B license, reporting to a team of ten colleagues who provide support for complex technical challenges. Full-time role with 32 to 40 hours per week, including a guaranteed emergency service allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding niveau 2 of hoger, bijvoorbeeld richting Installatietechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, Mechatronica of vergelijkbaar.

Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring als Servicemonteur, Installatiemonteur of Monteur Werktuigbouwkundige Installaties is mooi meegenomen.
