Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance on air conditioning and cooling installations across schools, care facilities, and office buildings in Noord-Holland. Signal and resolve installation deviations, coordinate internal teams during outages, and draft advisory reports to improve system efficiency. Maintain contact with clients and internal staff while ensuring complete and timely administrative documentation of all performed tasks. Requires VCA diploma, F-Gas certification, Dutch language proficiency, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
