Job Summary
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on various fixed locations, managing building adjustments from start to finish while keeping administration and orderings organized. Serve as the primary contact point for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed of project developments. Handle ad-hoc client requests by coordinating with the Contract Manager or Project Leader and assist in executing these tasks when needed. Report to the Contract Manager, with emergency services occurring approximately once every nine weeks. Work full-time in Arnhem and surrounding areas, utilizing a provided vehicle and company tools.
Required Qualifications
