Job Summary
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance across diverse fixed locations, managing building adjustments from start to finish while keeping administrative records and placing orders. Serve as the primary contact point for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed of project developments. Handle ad-hoc client requests by coordinating with contract managers or project leaders before assisting in execution. Manage approximately one emergency service call every nine weeks. Report to the Contract Manager.
Required Qualifications
