Job Summary
Manage building infrastructure for ZEISS production and administration sites by coordinating external service providers for installation, maintenance, and configuration of electrical systems, including network and user role management. Maintain technical documentation in the Planon CAFM system, structuring asset master data, documenting interfaces, and managing digital twins and system topologies. Assist with fault analysis, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing installations while acting as the liaison between service providers, clients, and internal teams to coordinate requirements, change management, and rollout updates. Requires an electrical technician qualification, experience with Planon, and knowledge of relevant standards.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker / Elektroniker (m/w/x) oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker (m/w/x)
- Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik
- Schaltberechtigung bis 20 kV
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAFM-Systemen (z.B. Planon)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Vorschriften (z.B. PrüfVO, VDE, DIN)
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- erste Praxis in der Projektabwicklung
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
