Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceMax Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceMax solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in ServiceMax and deep knowledge of Salesforce, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The position is fully remote and is tied to a project duration of 12+ months.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceMax Expertise – Strong hands-on experience with ServiceMax configuration and architecture
- Salesforce Experience – Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, including declarative tools and integrations
- Solution Architecture – Ability to design end-to-end solutions, including integrations, data flows, and scalable architectures
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, Field Service)
- ServiceMax certification(s) preferred
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and integration tools (REST/SOAP)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
