Coordinate and lead the bar and breakfast teams while creating service and vacation schedules. Provide guest service and consultation in the Motel One Lounge, ensuring the "One Smile" concept is implemented for a seamless experience. Drive revenue by meeting the lounge's sales budget and manage inventory for food, beverages, and spirits at month-end. Conduct internal coaching, cross-training, and training planning to develop service staff. Ensure smooth service operations and support cross-departmental initiatives. This role requires a hospitality professional or someone with transferable experience, with leadership skills preferred.
