Serviceleiter Bar / Bar Manager (m/w/d)

Coordinate the bar team and manage guest service in the Motel One Lounge while ensuring the One Smile service concept is implemented. Create shift and vacation schedules, oversee inventory and procurement of food, drinks, and spirits, and take responsibility for meeting the lounge's revenue budget. Conduct internal coaching, cross-training, and training planning to develop service staff. Maintain a smooth, fast service flow and support cross-departmental efforts. Requires hospitality experience or relevant training, with leadership skills preferred. Full-time role in a team culture focused on individuality and high service standards.
