Job Summary
Coordinate national and international service activities, including claims management from cost estimates to commissioning, while supporting customers as a second-level support for drive technology. Plan service technician schedules for repairs and handle technical and commercial customer inquiries independently. Serve as the competent contact for all service-specific matters across Austrian sites, the corporate headquarters, and foreign partners. Requires at least five years of after-sales experience in mechanical and electrical drive technology, plus strong SAP/CRM skills. Salary starts at €49,000 gross based on the collective agreement.
Required Qualifications
- HTL, Fachschule, FH oder Ähnliches in den Bereichen Mechanik, Mechatronik, auch Lehrberufe
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Service und After Sales
- Gutes kaufmännisches und technisches Verständnis
- Organisierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit ruhigem und sachlichem Auftreten
- Flexible und belastbare Persönlichkeit, welche auch unter Druck den Überblick bewahrt
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office)
- gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung (LLL - lebenslanges Lernen)
