Plan, coordinate, and monitor service deployments while dispatching technicians based on schedules, capacity, and cost efficiency. Advise clients on service offerings and maintenance concepts, managing commercial aspects of service contracts. Process customer inquiries, orders, and proposals to ensure accurate fulfillment, collaborating with internal departments and external providers for timely service delivery. Analyze breakdowns and failure rates to identify optimization opportunities and track service proposals. Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional escalation management and continuous process improvement for key accounts. Requires an industrial commercial qualification, SAP skills, and fluent German/English. Full-time role with flexible mobile work options at GEA's Oelde facility.
