Job Summary
Handle customer service calls regarding building malfunctions and process these reports into tasks for service technicians. Create quotes for follow-up work and coordinate material orders based on technicians' requests. Process completed work orders to ensure accurate invoicing and maintain detailed contract file administration. Identify opportunities for improvement and sustainability projects by analyzing electrical and mechanical installations. Submit ideas for process enhancements and collaborate with the team to optimize current workflows.
Required Qualifications
- (technische) opleiding
- minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- organisatorisch en communicatief ijzersterk
- proactief, oplossingsgericht, resultaatgericht en een kei in het plannen
- ervaring met ERP-systemen of leer je snel nieuwe software, bij voorkeur Business Central
- Een nauwkeurige administratie van contractdossiers
