Job Summary
Conduct competent customer consultation regarding maintenance, repair, and service tasks for cars and vans. Manage service orders from vehicle intake to handover while coordinating workshop appointments and ensuring timely delivery. Handle customer inquiries and develop appropriate solutions through transparent communication with the workshop and internal departments. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive service quality and business success. This role supports a strong team culture at an established Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Berlin-Brandenburg region.
Required Qualifications
- Idealerweise Erfahrung als Serviceberater (m/w/d), Kfz-Meister (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Eine technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Automobilbereich mit Interesse an der serviceorientierten Kundenberatung
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse von Mercedes-Benz-spezifischen IT-Systemen oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
