Serviceberater (m/w/d)

Conduct customer service across all phases of the repair process, from initial consultation to vehicle return. Actively market service and repair offerings while managing complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Track orders and appointments, including quality control, and handle invoicing and explanation. Proactively identify customer needs and repair requirements to maintain vehicle mobility. This role is based in Gardelegen and requires a completed technical or commercial training with experience, preferably in the automotive sector. A Class B driver's license and strong digital skills are essential.
