Job Summary
Lead service operations for power ascenders and hydraulic tools, managing a team of three to ensure timely, cost-effective repairs with full documentation and customer delivery. Plan and distribute work across site resources while establishing quality thinking and driving continuous improvement through Lean methodologies. Oversee safety responsibilities, analyze operations for efficiency gains, and contribute to designing service equipment, training materials, and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows and support the expansion of the new service department in Löddeköpinge as production relocates in 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Flerårig erfarenhet av ledande roll inom service eller liknande verksamhet
- God förståelse av ekonomi, budgetansvar och affärsprocesser
- Motiveras av att arbeta i en tillväxtfas och trivs med de utmaningar och arbetssätt som följer med en verksamhet i utveckling
