Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for service customers, managing the full lifecycle of service work orders and warranty claims from intake through completion. Enter, schedule, and track work orders, review them for completeness and accuracy, and determine daily priorities. Stage and coordinate technician workload against management priorities while providing general diagnoses of equipment problems. Maintain quality control on completed work, flag variances to management, and prepare technician status reports and time/activity logs. Support customer follow-up and satisfaction tracking. Work a standard 40-hour week with additional hours as needed to meet customer demand.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of verifiable experience in repair, troubleshooting, and/or parts, preferably in agricultural equipment, motor vehicles, outdoor power equipment, RVs, construction equipment, or small engines
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and handle loads up to 70 pounds, and to work outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work a standard 40-hour week, with additional hours as needed to meet customer demand
- Demonstrated proficiency with parts lookup systems and customer-facing counter service
- Working computer proficiency (email, scheduling/work order software, basic reporting)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work orders simultaneously
