Job Summary
Estimate and sell repairs to customer vehicles by determining costs, completion dates, and accurate part numbers while communicating expected repair times. Diagnose problems correctly, start and finalize repair orders for warranty, customer-paid, and internal work, and delegate jobs to technicians based on skill levels. Analyze progress to maximize efficiency, sell supplementary services, and handle cashier transactions when needed. Adhere to procedures for warranty items, complete assigned training, and deal with customer complaints by showing empathy and maintaining a pleasant attitude. Work evening, weekend, and holiday hours as required to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain an effective service department.
Required Qualifications

- Know and understand the federal, state, and local requirements which govern the company's business
- Work evening, weekend, and holiday work hours as required
- Lifting over 50lbs on an irregular basis
