Must communicate effectively to diagnose vehicles and provide estimates. Tasks include answering service phone calls, documenting customer requests, and maintaining product knowledge. This position requires good communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Safety-sensitive role with pre-employment drug testing.
