Job Summary
Develop and maintain production schedules to maximize shop efficiency while coordinating workflow across departments and technicians. Monitor project timelines to identify scheduling conflicts, prioritize jobs based on customer requirements and operational capacity, and serve as the primary contact for customers regarding project status. Provide regular updates on scheduling, production progress, and delivery timelines, then update work orders and job data in company systems. Support material tracking, inspect incoming vehicles, and coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure smooth job handoffs between departments. Maintain accurate records to keep the production floor organized. This role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with QuickBooks and scheduling systems, and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Located in the Langley/Surrey area of BC's Fraser Valley, the position offers competitive pay with bonus/profit-sharing eligibility and excellent medical benefits.

- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/bending for a full shift
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with production scheduling or technician scheduling
- Background in related trades
- Experience with automotive 12V electrical systems
- Experience working in a hands-on, operational, or shop-based role
- Familiarity with vehicle upfitting, commercial equipment, or fleet-related work
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and retain information well
