Job Summary
Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers to determine required RV repairs and maintenance. Submit detailed repair orders and explain technical issues clearly. Assist customers in recommending additional products and services to enhance their RV usage. Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire service experience. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requires previous customer service experience, familiarity with MS Office, and a valid driver's license.
