Service Writer - Mexico, ME

Service Writer at VIP responsible for consulting with customers, educating them about vehicle condition based on MPI inspections, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in alignment with VIP programs and standards. Responsibilities include ensuring workplace safety, engaging customers to build relationships, guiding service processes, coordinating with the service team, completing LMS and vendor trainings, pursuing ASE, TPMS, and related certifications, communicating effectively with the team, managing communications and appointments, and assisting in dispatching work orders. The role requires adherence to safety, service codes, and regulatory requirements, with a standard 5-day, 40-hour workweek and hourly pay.
