Job Summary
Service Writer in Manchester, NH, responsible for consulting with customers about vehicle conditions, educating them on VIP processes, and helping the team deliver a different and better customer experience. Requires learning and executing VIP programs, maintaining communication with the team, completing LMS and vendor trainings, achieving required certifications (T.I.A. BATS, T.I.A. TPMS, ASE), and effectively coordinating with the service desk, technicians, and management to drive VIP standards and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related experience in automotive service field
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
