Job Summary
Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure timely repairs, writing estimates and communicating clearly about cost or delivery changes. Schedule repair work and assign tasks matching technician skill levels while maintaining a schedule board for customer satisfaction. Ensure all repairs are charged correctly per warranty and policy, tracking high-quality service and rework records. Communicate with the Service Manager regarding employee training needs or customer/technician concerns. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to strengthen loyalty while complying with federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal and OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED
- Two years related experience
- Related training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver license
- Clear DMV driving record
