Job Summary
Meet with customers to determine repair and service needs, monitor vehicle progress, and update clients frequently. Build customer relations while maintaining ethical business standards and overseeing technician time management, parts ordering, and job completion. Execute retail promotions to maximize sales and participate in quality control and standard operating procedure development. Requires a High School Diploma, valid CDL, and accredited service advisor training. Full-time role with health, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid vacation and training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid CDL
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control
- Automotive service advisor experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Proficient use of computers/business machines
