Job Summary
Write customer damage work orders, order parts, and bill work orders while assisting the service manager to manage internal workflows. Respond to inbound leads, guide customers through the rental process, and promptly resolve inquiries or complaints. Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors, educating clients on cost-saving solutions, and nurturing existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and business efficiency. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve the overall customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- You're a great listener
- care about solving your customer's problems
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
- stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- passing a 10 panel drug screen
- passing a background check
