Job Summary
Write customer damage work orders, order parts, and bill work orders while assisting the service manager to manage internal workflows. Respond to inbound leads, guide customers through the rental process, and promptly resolve inquiries, requests, or complaints. Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and educating them on cost-saving solutions, while maintaining existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and business efficiency. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve the overall customer experience. This onsite role in Hubbard, TX, includes a Monday-to-Friday schedule with overtime pay after 40 hours and potential on-call compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- You're a great listener
- care about solving your customer's problems

- ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
- ability to stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- passing a 10 panel drug screen
- passing a background check
