Job Summary
Service Writer in Derry, NH collaborates with the Service Manager to deliver VIP customer experiences by educating customers on vehicle conditions per MPI inspections, building relationships, and following VIP processes. The role requires strong communication and teamwork to execute safety policies, training, and service standards, with responsibilities spanning customer engagement, LMS/vendor training completion, certifications (ASE and related), and coordinating with technicians to assign work orders while maintaining facility readiness and adherence to service codes and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- One year of related experience in automotive service field
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
