Service Writer Customer Support Representative

Job Summary
Solicit sales of new or additional services and handle service-related concerns while communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and via computer. Utilize computer systems to update customers on ongoing repairs, process service invoices including warranty claims, and write clear repair orders. Maintain strong data entry skills and adhere to health and safety rules, regulations, and prescribed instructions. Diesel technician background and ASE certifications are strongly encouraged. Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years is required, along with a DOT medcard. Shift runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Diesel technician background
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- ASE certifications
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance
- Must be able to obtain DOT medcard
