Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for all compactor service needs—communicating quotes, updating customers, and documenting complaints professionally. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to schedule diagnostics, identify repairs, and confirm completed work. Manage customer records, service quotes, work orders, parts ordering, technician scheduling, and warranty claims. Handle additional administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, and monitoring maintenance. Requires strong verbal and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, the ability to manage schedules, and meticulous attention to detail.
