Job Summary
Service Writer role in Burlington, VT focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience by consulting with customers on vehicle conditions, educating them about MPI inspection results, and aligning with VIP processes to drive high-performance results. The position requires strong communication and teamwork, LMS and vendor training participation, certification readiness (BATS, TPMS, ASE), effective dispatch of work orders, adherence to safety and facility standards, and ongoing engagement with customers and teammates through daily huddles and store meetings.
Required Qualifications
- One year of related experience in automotive service field
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended or equivalent
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- State Inspection License (where applicable)
