Job Summary
Service Writer in Bangor, ME responsible for delivering VIP customer experience by consulting with customers, educating them on vehicle conditions based on MPI inspections, and promoting VIP processes. Collaborates with the team to achieve high SAX scores, completes LMS and vendor training, and attains certifications (T.I.A. BATS, TPMS, ASE). Communicates effectively with the service team, assists in dispatching work orders to technicians, maintains a clean and compliant service area, and contributes to overall customer satisfaction and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
