Maintain high cleanliness standards in bar and lounge areas while ensuring all inventory, including beer, wine, liquor, garnishes, plate ware, silverware, and glassware, is stocked. Suggestively sell appropriate food and beverage items to guests using menus and Bar 79 promotional materials, and strictly follow Perry's Restaurants' 40 steps of service to ensure a complete dining experience. Properly enter and order all food and beverage items into the Aloha Point of Sale system. This full-time role requires TABC certification and may require a Servsafe or similar Food Handler's Certificate depending on location.
