Maintain high cleanliness standards in bar and lounge areas while ensuring all beer, wine, liquor, garnishes, plate ware, silverware, and glassware are stocked. Suggestively sell food and beverage items using menus and Bar 79 promotional materials, and strictly follow the 40 steps of service to ensure a complete dining experience. Properly enter and order all food and beverage items into the Aloha Point of Sale system. Must be TABC Certified; Servsafe or similar Food Handler's Certificate may be required depending on store location.
