Job Summary
Greet service customers professionally, move vehicles safely throughout the dealership, and maintain organization of the service drive and parking areas. Shuttle vehicles to designated areas for service and delivery, assist advisors and technicians with transportation needs, and help with customer pick-up and delivery processes. Perform basic vehicle inspections for damage before and after service, wash, fuel, and prepare vehicles as needed. Keep the service lane clean, organized, and presentable while supporting dealership events and special projects as assigned. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be available to work Saturdays
