Service Valet

Greets customers entering the service area, answers questions, and directs them to appropriate personnel. Controls service traffic flow and parking, determines appointment status, and records customer details including name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing damage. Assists service advisors, maintains a clean and safe service drive area, and places Interior Protection in each vehicle. Tags keys, installs mirror tags, moves vehicles to appointed parking with windows up and doors locked, and guides vehicles through the car wash. Ensures vehicles are free of dirt and grease, performs light lifting duties, and fills in for shuttle drivers as needed. Requires full-time availability, valid driver's license, and strong safety commitment.
