Job Summary
Greet arriving service customers, obtain vehicle information, and check them in for appointments. Move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop safely while assisting the Service Advisor in maintaining organization. Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures and actively promote effective working relationships with associates. Follow dealership procedures for active vehicle delivery to ensure full functioning and return visits. Work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred
