Job Summary
Greet arriving service customers, obtain vehicle information, and check them in for appointments. Move customer vehicles from the service drive to the shop following management guidelines while retaining keys per departmental safeguard procedures. Assist the Service Advisor in maintaining organization in the service lot and promote effective working relationships with associates and departments. Follow dealership procedures for active vehicle delivery to ensure full functioning of the dealership and maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index. Work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred
