Service Turn Technician (North Hills)

Conduct electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs on structures including showers, sinks, appliances, and building exteriors. Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems while performing preventative maintenance activities. Make units ready for new move-ins and complete grounds work such as sweeping, light landscaping, and pool maintenance. Coordinate special projects as directed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager. Handle 24-hour emergency maintenance during pre-scheduled times, with availability for some weekends. Maintain a professional manner with residents and contractors while following oral and written instructions.
