Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance inspections, diagnose tractor and trailer issues, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems using diagnostic tools. Execute DOT, OEM, and company-required procedures to repair and replace heavy truck components, including tire inspections and failure analysis. Respond to maintenance needs while delivering excellent customer service to drivers. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Swift Transportation's facility in Casa Grande, AZ. This role supports one of North America's largest fleets, offering opportunities for career advancement within a team of over 700 technicians.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
