Job Summary
Senior Associate, Service Transition Management at PwC Acceleration Center India leads and coordinates service transition and delivery teams to optimize client operations and reduce costs. Responsibilities include managing transitions, planning deliverables, optimizing processes, and leveraging digital transformation to improve service quality and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes project management, risk and budget oversight, ITIL-based practices, understanding of Infra and/or Application technologies, and building meaningful client connections while navigating complex scenarios. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience; English proficiency is required. The position is based in India with offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad and involves guiding cross-functional teams through transition initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the Managed Services practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant role
- Experience with service transition and delivery teams
- Experience with SAP/ERP transitions is a plus
- Strong project management, risk and budget management skills
- Understanding of ITIL processes and operating models for managed services
- Ability to map and re-engineer processes
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives
- Strong client relationship skills
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
