Service Trainer - RO Technician

Train and retrain technicians per central guidelines; conduct on-site quality audits of technician work and digital audits per SOP; evaluate technicians on training and field performance and submit monthly reports; ensure job quality through analysis; implement new SOPs; resolve field issues and report to central operations and quality team; analyze repeat jobs and determine training actions; optimize spare parts costs.
