Job Summary
Manage delivery of American Red Cross services to U.S. military members, veterans, and families by administering programs including International Humanitarian Law, Youth Action Campaign, and Restoring Family Links. Build relationships with military leadership and conduct outreach through briefings, presentations, and community events while representing the organization at official functions. Manage the full volunteer engagement cycle from recruitment to offboarding, utilizing the Volunteer Connection platform to ensure compliance and promote an inclusive environment. Ensure high-quality service delivery by supervising volunteer teams, coordinating workshops, and providing family support such as wellness check-ins and emergency communications. Serve as a deployable member of the Mobile Team for six-month overseas assignments, supporting operations in the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe while maintaining readiness for surge events and crisis situations.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of related experience
