Job Summary
Service-to-Sales Specialist at a dealership bridges the service and sales departments by identifying upgrade opportunities for customers in the service drive, educating them on options, and facilitating a smooth transition to the showroom. Responsibilities include building relationships with service customers, reviewing vehicle information to identify upgrade opportunities, contacting customers before and during service appointments, performing vehicle appraisals and presenting trade-in opportunities, scheduling sales appointments, coordinating with Service Advisors and Sales Managers, presenting payment comparisons and equity opportunities, following up with customers who do not purchase immediately, maintaining CRM notes and completing follow-up activities, meeting daily activity goals for contacts and appointments, and staying current on manufacturer incentives, inventory, and financing programs. Qualifications emphasize automotive sales or customer service experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, trust-building ability, comfort discussing financing, self-motivation, CRM experience (Elead preferred), and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background check/drug screening.
