Job Summary
Own the end-to-end ServiceTitan implementation and optimization for partner businesses, from initial configuration through go-live, ensuring smooth onboarding, consistent data integrity, and scalable processes. Serve as the primary ServiceTitan subject matter expert across pro products (pricebooks, workflows, and reporting), create comprehensive implementation guides and training materials for business owners and teams, and develop standardized dashboards and documentation to drive repeatable, low-stress deployments and measurable time-to-value.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceTitan Certified User at Navigator level minimum
- Commander level certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of hands on ServiceTitan implementation or administration experience
- Experience building pricebooks, workflow documentation, and training materials within the ServiceTitan platform
- Experience supporting or leading business transitions including pricebook revamps, accounting methodology changes, or full system migrations is a strong plus
- Background in home services operations, field service management, or CRM administration preferred
