Job Summary
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for customer service support for dentists and orthodontists in the field, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of technical equipment such as dental chairs and X-ray devices. Duties include onboarding and assessing customer needs, installing dental equipment with a focus on sterile hygiene equipment, and managing maintenance requests including parts orders. Applicants should have hands-on technical skills, ideally with a background in dental technology or relevant technical fields, and experience in field service is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Technical skills in handling medical equipment
- Training as a dental technician, biomedical technician, electronics technician, or mechatronics technician
