Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing building systems and completing maintenance tasks across property grounds, amenities, and units. Responsibilities include handling work orders and preventative maintenance, completing make-ready inspections and punch lists for new move-ins, inventory and material management, documentation and reporting, safety compliance per OSHA and company policies, and assisting with general cleaning, painting, and curb/signage upkeep. Must possess EPA refrigerant recycling certifications (Type 1/II/Universal) and any state/local certifications; valid driver’s license may be required for on-property vehicle operation. Flexible to travel as needed and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic property-management team, with a strong emphasis on safety, cost-control, and adherence to policies. Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable)
- certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
