Job Summary
Perform multi-point inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using OEM tools, and complete warranty or customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer guidelines. Accurately document repair orders, verify quality to minimize comebacks, and adhere to safety policies and OSHA standards. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Shop Foreman while maintaining productivity benchmarks and completing annual training. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
