Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for maintaining apartments and common areas, performing routine and emergency maintenance (including snow removal after hours), completing apartment turnovers, and ensuring a clean, safe, and attractive community. Duties include using plumbing/electrical knowledge, reading repair manuals, operating hand and power tools, documenting inspections, participating in OSHA10 training, being on-call for emergencies, and providing proactive, customer-centered service to residents, prospects, and staff while adhering to safety policies and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Must be able to read and speak English
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be physically able to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
